This session will stand on the shoulders of a breakout discussion session on the same topic earlier in the week. Participants will bring highlights from that discussion, and then continue the conversation here on the main stage. Above all, this session will seek to analyze and critique patterns we are seeing among brands facing “anti-ESG” or “anti-woke” sentiments, or any other kind of negative pushback in the context of ongoing culture wars. The end goal would be to tease out the most meaningful and productive ways to meet such challenges, uncomfortable though they may be, with our collective best medium- and long-term interests in mind.
