This paper explores how companies, nonprofits, government entities and investors can accelerate the adoption of racial and ethnic diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) as an investment criterion. It is a product of the Caesars Entertainment DEI Initiative, a group of 41 companies and nonprofits committed to accelerating DEI. Caesars commissioned Bea Boccalandro to develop the paper. Given Sustainable Brands’ mission to build better brands, it is partnering to distribute this content and further the work ahead.
