This session will examine case studies of collaboration delivering tangible positive impact while also driving virtuous cycles of behavioral shifts–among customers, innovation partners, suppliers, vendors, and local communities–as a notable secondary wave of benefits. Examples will be drawn from a wide range of industries, including food and beverage, healthcare, fashion and retail, among others.
